Job Description: Production Operative

Location: WickfordWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:20 pmSalary: £11.44 per hourType: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Work: Participate in the assembly of various components, ensuring precision and quality at every stage.
• Using Hand Tools: Safely and efficiently use hand tools for assembly and production tasks.
• Operating Machinery: Operate machinery as required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in using all necessary equipment.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
