ROLE: Customer Account Manager

HOURS: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday - Permanent Role

SALARY: £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary per year

BASE: Penny Emma Way, Sutton in Ashfield.

We are looking for an additional Customer Account Manager to support and manage customers with the Eurocell Conservatory Roofs department through the analysis of customer surveys and requests to produce technical drawings using templated software to provide accurate quotes and orders.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGERS DO:

• Manage account relationships to deliver growth on key KPIs including sales, margin and conversion targets
• Advice given to customers in a timely manner
• Keep Customer records updated and accurate through CRM and design software system
• Actively engage with customers and installers to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Service the end to end customer journey through quoting, order processing, logistic alignment for delivers
• Ensuring all orders are processed to meet customer demand and timeframes

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGERS:

• Customer-focused and experienced working in customer service
• Knowledge of conservatory roofs an advantage but not essential
• Good IT skills including AutoCAD/Design experience
• Able to work well with, and contribute to work within the team
• Good negotiating skills Technical aptitude with the ability to problem solve
• Experience using SAP an advantage but not essential
