Facilities Team Member – handyperson, maintenance, decorating etc – required in central Bath, BA2

• £11.45 - £13.85 per hour PAYE, depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Working hours between 8am – 6pm
• Temporary-to-permanent contract

About the job

• Undertaking general maintenance work within properties
• Installation of white goods
• PAT testing
• Changing plugs and fuses
• Window and door repairs
• Basic plastering, repairing holes in walls etc
• Basic domestic plumbing
• Basic joinery
• Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
• Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

 The right candidate

• Previous experience working within general maintenance
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills
• Excellent communication skills, as there will be residents on site at the locations where you are working
