Senior Quantity Surveyor

TRS are working with a leading infrastructure provider who work on a number of the UK and European construction projects, they are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.

The position is offering an attractive package which includes: £60,000 - £75,000 Per Annum depending on experience as well as a Healthcare Scheme and 24 Days holiday which increases with years of service and opportunities to buy and sell holiday.

About you

* You will have experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor within Utility and Construction sectors.

* You will hold a Degree or Equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

* You will have extensive knowledge of construction contracts and procurement contract documents.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintaining and developing relationships with Key Clients.

* Forecasting for projects and ensuring they are accurately reported on a monthly basis.

* Backing up and safe archiving all relevant commercial information relating to projects and ensuring it meets the required company and industry standards.

* Managing and reviewing Risk and Opportunities.
