Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring compliance with right-to-work regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting: Assist in identifying and attracting top talent across various channels.
Candidate Communication: Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance: Verify candidates' ID and ensure compliance with right-to-work regulations and other relevant legal requirements.Requirements:

Strong communication skills and ability to engage with candidates.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, particularly in compliance and document checking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR would be an advantage, but not essential.What We Offer:
