Project Manager - Interiors/Creative

We are looking for an experienced Project and People Manager to join a Creative Team based in Warwickshire.

You will be Managing project delivery to meet client expectations through effective day-to-day management of the Project Management team. Focus on project execution, team coordination, cost control, and risk management.

Your responsibilities:

* Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers and Project Support.

* Recruit, train, and manage team members.

* Ensure adherence to project processes and timelines.

* Coach and train the team for timely and professional delivery of quotations and specifications.

* Support PMs in working with design, production, and installation departments.

* Formulate training plans for improved operational output.

* Oversee costings, quotations, and project progress.

* Conduct employee appraisals and implement corrective actions if needed.

* Improve Project Management efficiency and consistency.

* Collaborate with other departments for effective information flow and service delivery.

* Address customer issues and improve customer experience.

* Monitor project data accuracy and timeliness.

* Enhance procedures, systems, and principles for better project management.

* Manage and evolve the Project Support team.

* General office management.

Essential Skills:

* Expertise in project management, organisation, time management, and problem-solving.

* Background in business skills, resource management, budgeting, and analysis.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Proven experience in project management and leading teams.

* Organisational management skills with the ability to set clear directions.

* Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

* Advanced planning skills for all project stages.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

* Ability to understand numbers and prices quickly.

* Experience in the Interior Design industry is advantageous.

* Practical solutions and common-sense approach.
