As a Paralegal, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting fee earners with caseloads, including freehold and leasehold refinance, limited company refinances, and more.
- Ensuring clients and introducers receive top-notch service.
- Communicating professionally with clients and handling telephone enquiries.
- Drafting mortgage reports under supervision and ordering necessary searches.
- Preparing files for completion and keeping case management up to date.
- Using your initiative to progress files and flagging issues to the responsible conveyancer.
