THE ROLE

Project managers repsonability will be managing labour, plant, materials, compliance, quality assurance and health and safety on site. You will be able to support other team members with training, development and offer mentorship and guidance for the production team based on your experience and knowledge, specifically relating to BM Trada regulations.

Requirements

Person Specification:

* SMSTS qualification

* Black CSCS card or above

* A minimum of 2 years working in a BM Trada or similar role

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Sound knowledge of building technology with the ability to read and interpret different specifications.

* Proactive and clear approach to problem solving.

* Ability to multitask and strategize in different situations.

* Ability to work and carryout projects within a stipulated timeframe or deadline under management direction.
