Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Lock Manufacturer for a TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION on a PERMANENT BASIS
· Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours

Daily duties
* Provide Technical and Customer support to give advice on products and technical support
* Managing technical queries and supporting Technical Support Manager
* Live Chat support
* Managing system concerns and working alongside Internal comms/trade/order entry teams
* Answering the phone to handle customer queries
* Proactively learn to build product knowledge in order to handle technical queries
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a technical role. (2 year minimum)
