Create Education are currently working with an fantastic Infant & Nursery School in the London Borough of Havering!

They are looking for a enthusiastic and hardworking individual to mange the Admin & Premises team where the will be expected to be in control of the Finance, HR, Administration, Facilities and Health & Safety. There will be an outstanding opportunity to grow into Leadership roles in the near future.

Responsibilities

* Administrative systems, procedures such as maintaining the DBS records and the single central register as well as the school's Finance policy.

* The delivery of timely administrative services and functions to: the Head Teacher, the governing body, the staff of the school, parents and carers, the public, the local education authority, the DfE and other agencies, where necessary.

* Manage up to 5 staff max, Admin Staff, Site Manager & Cleaning team

Person Specification

* Education experience as a Fiannce Officer.

* Ability to deal with certain situations under pressure.

* Must have experience dealing with Finance, HR, Health & Safety and School Management.

* Must know SIMs extensively.

* To have a real passion for working in the Education sector!

Job Details

* Full time, Permanent.

* £36,567 - £39,951 (Actually salary will be pro-rata)

* Monday - Friday

* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
