anzuk education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food preparation and guest services.

As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our schools run smoothly and prepare food to a high standard.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.

* Serve food and beverages to students

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the catering area before, during, and after your shift.

* Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and reporting any shortages.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a restaurant, food preparation, or catering environment is highly desirable.

* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

* Food hygiene Level 1 certificate or higher

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.

* Flexibility to work varied hours, including additional hours when required.
