About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse range of construction and fit-out projects across Devon, Wiltshire, and Berkshire. Our client specialises in delivering high-quality solutions in roofing, flooring, and project fit-out services for a variety of blue-chip clients nationwide.​

Key Responsibilities:

👉 Manage multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.​
👉Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.​
👉Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles.​
👉Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations across all projects.​
👉Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize resource allocation.​
👉Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.​
👉Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues promptly.​

Requirements:

👉Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction or fit-out industry.​
👉Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, including roofing, flooring, and interior fit-outs.​
👉Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.​
👉Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.​
👉Commercial awareness and experience in contract management and cost control.​
