Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant two-form entry primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham, W12. This role focuses on providing dedicated support to a child in Year 1 with ASD, ensuring they thrive in their learning environment.

Provide 1:1 support for a child with ASD in Year 1, tailoring strategies to their unique needs.
Implement visual timetables, reward systems, and sensory resources to aid engagement.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Foster a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
Support the child in managing emotions and building confidence.
Liaise with SENCOs and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.About You:

Proven experience working with children with ASD, particularly in a primary school setting.
Confident using strategies such as visual aids and sensory tools.
A patient, empathetic, and calm approach to supporting young learners.
Willingness to assist with personal care if required.
