Principal Responsibilities

* Conduct routine servicing efficiently, adhering to high-quality standards.

* Carry out additional work at customer premises, ensuring top-tier standards are met.

* Communicate effectively with customers to explain system statuses and highlight any defects.

* Collaborate closely with service administrators to meet service commitments and schedules.

* Plan and execute tasks, including maintenance visits, emergency repairs, and system enhancements.

* Leave systems fully functional or escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

* Deliver accurate and timely documentation of work completed.

* Provide a professional service that consistently results in high customer satisfaction.

* Proficient in servicing fire alarms and associated systems.

* Skilled in identifying, testing, and terminating fire detection system cables.

* Experienced in logical fault diagnosis and system repair.

Technical Expertise
