Are you a proactive and driven professional with a passion for connecting businesses and building long-lasting relationships? We're seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue across Europe and the UK.

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

· Developing and managing new revenue opportunities across Europe and the UK.

· Building trusted partnerships with prospective clients to understand their business, culture, and recruitment needs.

· Utilizing your sales expertise and market insights to win new business and drive client satisfaction.

· Researching and identifying high-potential leads and emerging markets through market mapping, databases, and networking.

· Crafting and delivering engaging proposals and results-oriented presentations to showcase Copius' value-driven solutions.

· Proactively engaging prospects via email, phone, and at industry events to build relationships and convert opportunities into tangible results.

· Creating and executing strategic sales plans, delivering measurable outcomes aligned to KPIs and business goals.

· Supporting recruitment assignments while providing clients with critical market insights on pay rates and talent availability.

What You Bring:

· A proven track record in business development or sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets (2+ years).

· Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Confidence in engaging decision-makers and closing opportunities.

· IT literacy and experience using CRM systems to track and maximize sales opportunities.

· A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with the ability to meet ambitious goals.

· (Desirable) Third-level education or equivalent.
