𝗛𝗦𝗘𝗤 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 / 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹) | 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 / 𝗵𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱

This role leads and supports the development of health, safety, environmental, and quality systems across construction projects on highways, rail and London Underground sites. You will be responsible for reviewing key project documentation, providing on-site safety guidance, and conducting audits for contractors and suppliers.

The key objective is to ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards, align internal practices with franchise requirements, support the implementation of safety improvement plans, and maintain certifications such as ISO and RISQS.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• 25% - Provide professional HSE support and advice to enhance performance.
• 25% - Conduct and support accident/incident investigations.
• 50% - Ensure standards and accreditations are met across all operations.

𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀
• Integration with project teams and key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project plans and HSEQ systems.
• Completion of multiple site visits and safety inspections.
• Understanding of the breadth of construction activities and standards.

• NEBOSH Certificate / NEBOSH Construction Certificate +
• Working knowledge of the rail / LUL sector
• A passion for improving safety culture.

• Talent for guiding and empowering others.
