We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Assistant, to work in the London office of a leading US law firm in stunning offices in the City.
The role will be offered on a full-time, permanent basis working on an alternate shift pattern of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm / 10am to 7pm.
Duties will include:
- Responding to Facility Helpdesk queries via email/phone.
- Ensuring timely completion of requests, coordinating with maintenance teams.
- Arranging access for contractors..
- Supporting the Facilities Supervisor with vendor management and soft services.
- Assisting with administrative tasks.
- Communicate with other departments as needed such as IT and catering.
- Managing conference room bookings in EMS.
- Registering visitors in the Visitor Management system.
- Reporting technical issues.
- Providing a smooth shift handover.
