A high profile role requiring an individual that has operated in a similar level senior finance capacity with Lloyd's experience.

Operating in a Lloyd's and company market underwriter with the role spanning both platforms, duties will be broad and range from:

• Management of the capital management, budgeting, reporting and forecasting functions
• Contribute to the current project of IFRS17 implementation for the group
• Leadership of senior finance individuals
• Driving the guidance and direction in achieving delivery of business strategy
• Supporting strategic planning through board contribution
• Stewardship of corporate governance and compliance
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations and Lloyd's requirements
• Responsible for oversight if all aspects of financial accounting, management accounting and regulatory reporting of the Syndicate
• Further interaction with the syndicate capital provider and syndicate investments.
• Candidates should have held an accredited senior position (e.g. SMF2)
