Role & Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with existing clients
Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively propose solutions to meet them
Serve as the main point of contact fro clients, addressing inquiries and concerns quickly and effectively
Develop account strategies, drive growth, and provision of continuous service improvement as part of BAU delivery
Recruit new partners and conduct promotional activity
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients
Leverage market knowledge to anticipate client needs and position TDS as a trusted advisor
Track and analyze key account metrics, providing regular reports on account performance and progress towards targetWhat I need to apply

3+ years of Account Manager experience in IT Consultancy
Demonstrated ability to multi-task across a wide range of accounts
Effective communicator, resourceful, action-oriented and collaborative
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial young company
Commercial understanding and awareness including knowledge of fee structures and commercial terms
Demonstrated ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences, ability to handle objections
Comfortable and experienced working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally
Large client delivery experience (as a consultant) e.g FTSE 100, Central Government a plus
Good knowledge of software engineering would be advantageous
