Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 2pm-5pm and Friday 11.30am-15.30pm cover times.

Pay rate: £13.00

Individual to do a BPSS security clearance so the individual has to be living in the UK over 3 years

Responsibilities

* Individual must have experience and maintain a good working relationship with the team and clients

* Providing on site assistance to the Housing management team in the delivery of communications to our residents, ensuring mail is posted and notices are kept up to date

* Ensuring the correct and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment, cleaning materials and machinery is maintained in accordance with CoSHH and Health and Safety Executive requirements

* Work with team with the focus on maintaining the high standard of cleaning
