Head of Fundraising
This is a newly created role, responsible for delivering a comprehensive and effective strategy, across all aspects of the fundraising activity.

Head of Fundraising Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Tasked with championing and delivering the strategy, increasing major gifts from individuals, corporates and trusts and foundations.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with donors, prospects and key stakeholders.
Manage a personal portfolio of major gift prospects, researching and preparing bespoke proposals.
Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing regular updates to the Director of Development.
Attend regular networking events and attend onsite visits to meet with prospects and donors.

Head of Fundraising Essentials

The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser of major gifts donations.
You will have excellent networking, relationship building and presenting skills.
Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
A fantastic team player and able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexible and proactive in your approach to work
Strong IT and database skills.
You must be prepared to work out of hours and to undertake travel as required. 

Location
This is a full-time hybrid-working role in Oxford, with onsite parking available and excellent transport links. A relocation allowance will be considered.
