With a base salary of £28-30k, a guaranteed £5k commission structure, and an uncapped OTE of £55k, your career and earning potential have no limits.
Day to day of the role: - Retain and develop value from a portfolio of customers by selling energy, telecoms, and water services.
- Build long-standing relationships and become a trusted advisor to businesses, enabling them to focus on their core activities.
- Innovate and propose new ways to help customers make better and greener choices.
- Focus on helping clients save money and reduce their carbon footprint.
- Maintain resilience and determination to meet sales targets and earn significant commissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience.
- Ability to innovate and thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment, making more than 120 calls per day.
- Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships, sell, handle objections, and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a positive and focused attitude under pressure.
- Driven to hit sales targets and motivated by earning potential.
- A team player who can inspire and motivate colleagues.
