Key Duties for the Commercial Finance Manager:

• Partner with senior leadership to drive financial planning and analysis
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units
• Provide insightful financial reporting and performance analysis
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and scenario planning
• Manage a small team of finance professionals

Profile

Required Experience for the Commercial Finance Manager:

• (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial acumen and experience r
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Experience managing and developing junior team members
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commutable to Watford on a Hybrid basis
