Niyaa people are working with a client in Nottinghamshire that are looking for a Technical Officer to work in their asset investment team. We are looking for an experienced property professional to work as a Technical Officer from their repairs depot 5 days per week, assessing properties condition and dealing with Non access reports.

The ideal Technical Officer will:
• Come from a trades background
• Have experience in social housing
• Drive and have access to their own vehicle
