About the Role: We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to provide vital intervention support across a range of subjects and key stages. You'll work closely with small groups or individual students, providing tailored support to help them catch up, stay on track, or excel. You'll also cover PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time for class teachers, ensuring continuity in the classroom while allowing teachers to focus on their planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted intervention sessions to students in need of extra support.
Provide one-to-one or small group instruction across a variety of subjects and year groups.
Cover PPA time for teachers, ensuring high-quality lessons and classroom management.
Track and monitor student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.What We're Looking For:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the curriculum.
Experience in delivering interventions and working with students at varying academic levels.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A patient, empathetic approach with a passion for supporting students' academic and personal development.
