As a Working Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading the service team, working with tractors, combine harvesters, and other advanced agricultural machinery. Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the service team in maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery, including tractors and combine harvesters.
  • Coordinate and oversee the allocation of tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise for complex diagnostics and repairs.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring and training junior engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operations.
  • Manage workshop operations, maintaining equipment and tools in optimal condition.
