Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee a 4-bed children's home in Redditch.

The clients facility is registered with Ofsted.

The home provides care for children aged 10 to 18 Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Please reach out if you meet the following criteria:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting, or

* Currently a Registered Children's Home Manager.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year, with an additional performance bonus
