Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Keighley area as they look to recruit a Finance Administrator into their team on a full time, permanent basis.Responsibilities:

  • Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
  • Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
  • Credit Control duties
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Office management including placing orders for office and customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as required

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in finance administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in using Excel
  • Experience in using a ticket system 
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
