A secondary school in Blackpool, Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Mathematics who is a committed educator, dedicated to delivering the best teaching and learning to young people.

The school are committed to providing pupils with an open, successful and encouraging learning environment, ensuring pupils feel that they are fully supported to achieve their goals. The successful applicant will promote a can-do learning attitude, and will join in supporting the schools growth and success.

The successful Maths Teacher will:

Be confident in teaching KS3/KS4 Mathematics
Have outstanding subject knowledge in Maths
Contribute to the resources shared across the department
Be an excellent classroom practitioner
Provide a positive, engaging learning environment
Have evidence and experience of achieving progress with students of mixed ability
Have a passion for teaching Mathematics, and have varied and creative teaching tactics
