Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for empathetic, compassionate and caring Support Workers in Leeds.

Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strive to fulfil all of their clients physical, mental, clinical and non-clinical care needs.

Job Specifics:

You would be required to support a young man who sustained a brain injury. This will be 1-1 support and more to assist with rehabilitation.

Shift Pattern:

7 days per week

Mon-Sunday

10am-2pm (4hr day shifts)

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
• At least 6-months of UK based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is desired
• Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
• All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
