Role Overview:

As Performance Director, you’ll focus on enhancing business performance across several areas, including:

• Delivering on business plans to increase assets and revenue
• Overseeing profit and loss
• Driving headcount growth, adviser retention, and succession planning
• Supporting client marketing initiatives
• Networking with complementary professional services
• Providing sales training and management for Financial Advisers
