• Review and assess reinsurance claims.
• Work collaboratively to develop, implement, and refine claims processes and strategies.
• Analyze and interpret large sets of data related to claims, drawing actionable conclusions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with both internal and external policy guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all reinsurance claims and related communications.

• Proven expertise in Claims Adjustment and Claims Operations, with an emphasis on reinsurance claims.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and information accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems strategically.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry, especially within reinsurance claims management.
