The Role
The successful candidate will work within the Private Client team, advising clients on:
- Estate and succession planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Tax-efficient planning, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice.
- The administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations.
- Tailored solutions for individuals, families, and trustees navigating intricate legal frameworks.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years post-qualification experience in private client matters.
