As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers by delivering pre-planned lessons and activities
Lead small groups and individual interventions to help students achieve their potential
Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring all students are supported
Work with students who have special educational needs (SEN)and adapt learning plans accordingly
Take responsibility for managing behaviour in the classroom and creating a positive learning environment
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and help with assessmentsHLTA Teaching Assistant - Deal

What We're Looking For:

Level 5 CACHE qualification or above, or extensive experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Proven experience in a school environment, ideally across primary and/or secondary settings
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
A passion for education and helping young people succeed
