Your Role:
- Handle predominantly inbound leads (90%) generated from website and marketing efforts
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, typically 1-2 weeks
- Enjoy full autonomy early in your role - the exact opposite of a micro-managing environment
- Benefit from a staggered target system, with no targets in your first month and then gradual targets until you're up to speed
