About the Role as a Biology Teacher:
As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. There is also the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be committed to raising standards and helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities as a Biology Teacher:

Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons in line with the curriculum

Inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for Biology

*

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

*

Contribute to the development of departmental resources and schemes of work

*

Participate in extracurricular activities and whole school events

Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive learning environment

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*

Degree in Biology or a related subject

*

Experience teaching Biology at secondary school level (Key Stages 3 and 4)

*

Excellent classroom management skills

*

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

*

Passionate about education and committed to student achievement

*

Ability to work as part of a supportive team
