Our client, a prominent player in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Senior Estimator with expertise in Tunnelling to join their team on a contract basis. The role involves working on pricing and tendering for Tunnelling & M&E packages, playing an integral part within the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for Tunnelling & M&E packages
Analysing project requirements and specifications for accurate pricing
Collaborating with the commercial team to develop competitive tender proposals
Reviewing and assessing the financial aspects of project plans
Providing insight and recommendations on cost-saving opportunities
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market rates and trends within the HTP sector
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
Assisting in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers

Job Requirements:

Significant experience in estimating within the tunnelling sector
Strong understanding of pricing and tendering processes
Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
