Technical Sales Support Specialist to join a busy, technically minded team, to assist the internal sales team and customers by providing Technical Support. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Annual salary £35,000-£45,000.

Duties:

Provide technical support to customer, trouble shooting, assisting with technical issues
Provide on site support, as well as remote support to customers
Oversee the technical support team, act as final stage of resolutions
Develop and facilitate workshops/training courses
Attend presales and aftersales meetings with sales team and ClientsBenefits:

Experience required:

UK Drivers License
Strong Customer Service skills
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Networks, Azure server virtualisation, Debian Linux - Previous use of these packages would be useful, but they can assist with training if not
Ability to built rapport with customers
Strong IT skills, with a keen interest in Technology is advantageous
Experience in managing a team is advantageous
