About the Candidate
* To support individuals with SEND and/or groups of children to help them learn.
* To support teachers in assessing the needs of individual & groups of children.
* To observe, record and feedback information on pupil performance.
* To support with all aspects of daily routines such as during playtimes & lunchtimes, as well as in the classroom.
* To establish an effective and purposeful learning environment in partnership with the teachers and other colleagues.
* To promote inclusion of all the pupils.
