Responsibilities: Drive Business Development: • Drive new business opportunities by selling our services and products to new and existing customers. • Develop a robust pipeline of profitable business. Client Engagement: • Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings. • Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs. Strategic Planning: • Develop plans with measurable KPIs to drive growth and profit. • Identify opportunities for sales campaigns. Market Presence: • Ensure professional representation in the market in accordance with the company's values. • Support tender responses tailored to the client's requirements. Relationship Building: • Establish effective working relationships with internal staff and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities. • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets. Team Development: • Train personnel and help team members to develop their skills. Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Experience the construction and property industries (mandatory). • Experience in the luxury market. • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments. • High strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong written English and well-developed commercial skills. Proficiency in another language is a plus. • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills. • Proactive attitude. • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize to meet deadlines, manage a busy workload, and multitask. • Attention to detail. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • UK Driver's License
