Job Overview:Our client is an insurance company that provides claims handling and audit services to insurers, MGAs, reinsurers, and brokers in the Lloyd's and London Insurance Market. They are seeking a claims handler to work in the London City Office.

Main Duties:

• Process claims notifications via London Market electronic systems.
• Support MI production and KPIs.
• Proofread audit reports and assist with audit exhibits.
• Aid in business development through proposals.
• Assist senior management with meetings and events.
• Help improve the company's social media presence.

Essential Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in London Market within Claims
• Strong claims knowledge (non-marine preferred).
• Use of ECF and IMR
• Progression with CII qualifications - advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.
• Strong English and Maths education.

What you need to know:

• Salary around £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Hybrid working - around 3 days a week in the office
