Job Summary: The site manager is responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supervising all on-site activities. They are pivotal in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate activities related to the construction project.
Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to time lines.
Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks
Maintain accurate records such as daily progress reports and site logs
