Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in the Bath area to recruit an Accounts Payable professional. This role presents an excellent opportunity, where you will play a key role and work as part of a specialist team.The Accounts Payable Administrator duties will be varied and include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up suppliers and raising PO’s.
• Processing supplier invoices, assisting with payment runs, and posting transactions.
• Processing expense claims.
• Addressing and resolving invoice and payment queries.
• Performing statement reconciliations.
• Undertaking month-end close processes.
• Plus a range of other activities.

The successful candidate for the Accounts Payable Administrator role will require the following knowledge and experience:

• Experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger or a similar transactional role.
• Previous experience in a busy accounts payable/purchase ledger environment.
• Strong systems skills.
• Teamworking experience with an eye for detail.
