Key Duties:

Demonstrate a sincere enthusiasm for the Early Years domain
Provide exemplary learning opportunities and exceptional care
Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children are safeguarded and promoted
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Organize and sanitize instruments
Foster effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers to cater to individual children's needs
Serve as a keyworker for a designated group of children, ensuring their daily needs are met
Offer parents professional feedback on their child's progress and daily experiences
