Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the development to prospective buyers, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through the purchase process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met at every stage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct viewings, manage reservations, and support clients from initial inquiry to exchange and completion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation and maximise exposure for the development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable experience in new homes sales, with a strong understanding of the London property market.
- Professional, personable, and highly driven, with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, including legal and financial aspects.
