What’s on Offer?

• Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
• Uncapped Commission: Starting at 10%, rising up to 35% of billings

What They’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience (ideally within white-collar construction or civil engineering)
• Business development capability and client delivery experience
