- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Occasional Saturday
- Salary: £24,000
- Holiday - 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
About the Role:
My client, a dynamic and growing company within the Property Sector is seeking a driven and highly organised Property Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and obtain quotes for property maintenance and repairs.
- Handle telephone and email correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for efficient documentation.
- Manage utility accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure service continuity.
- Prepare and distribute paperwork, ensuring timely follow-ups and approvals.
- Communicate with contractors and stakeholders to schedule work and provide updates.
You will need:
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
