We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator. If you are organised, have excellent communication skills, and are looking for a dynamic role, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

* Answering customers enquiries

* Prospect calling customers and booking appointments

* Maintaining accurate database details

* Performing any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

* Experience in a call centre environment or administration is advantageous

* Excellent telephone, IT, and organisational skills

* Minimum Grade 4 GCSE in Maths and English
