Deputy Home Manager (Residential Care)
Salary: £40,500 | 40 Hours per week

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Health and Social Care.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager in a residential care setting.
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead and inspire a team while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance with CQC standards and care home regulations.
- Organisational Abilities: Experience in rota management, audits, and driving quality improvements.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and a resident-focused approach to care.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Operational Oversight: Assist the Home Manager with the daily running of the home, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Resident Wellbeing: Ensure the highest standard of care is consistently delivered, supporting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Staff Development: Manage staff training, development, and appraisals, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Partnership Building: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to promote trust and transparency.
