Finance Manager - Independent Fashion Brand - £50-60k (HYBRID)We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Finance Manager to join a dynamic team within the luxury fashion sector. This role is integral to the smooth operation of all financial aspects of the business. Reporting directly to the MD, you will have the opportunity to manage a range of financial functions, including bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT compliance, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting, all within a fast-paced and creative environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare detailed management accounts with variance analysis to support business insights.
• Manage VAT returns and liaise with external auditors for year-end accounts.
• Create and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring financial resources are optimally utilised.
• Develop budgets and forecasts, delivering regular financial reports and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and support the business in achieving financial goals.

About You:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Hands-on experience in a finance role, ideally within a SME fashion, retail, or a similar industry.
• Expertise in bookkeeping, management accounts, and cash flow management.
• Strong understanding of VAT regulations and tax compliance.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is a bonus.
